apC-CL1

This Preset provides 4 Modes for the APC40’s Clip Launch section.

• Default Mode - Clip Launch buttons perform their default function.
  
  
• Navigation Mode - Clip Launch buttons provide a variety of controls for navigating Live sets, launching/recording Clips/Scenes as well as general-purpose editing.
  
  
• Drum Rack Mode - Clip Launch buttons control Live’s Drum Rack via 2 Sub-Modes; Default and 16 Levels. You can also use this Mode with Impulse and Redrum by using this Rack.
  
  
• User Mode - Clip Launch buttons are user assignable via MIDI mapping in Live.

apC-CL2

This Preset includes all the functionality of apC-CL1 and adds 3 additional Modes for the APC40’s Clip Launch section.

• Scale Mode - Clip Launch buttons provide access to 40 Scale Types for any of the 12 Root Notes. Includes a variety of available Scale Types covering Common types as well as Exotic and Ethnic types.
  
  
• Chord Mode - Clip Launch buttons provide access to the 7 Scale Tone Chords for any of the 12 Root Notes. Includes Inversion Select feature to play different inversions of the Chords and Power Chord feature for fuller Chords.
  
  
• Learn Mode - This Mode allows you to learn 7 Chords (up to 5 notes each) to the Clip Launch buttons by playing them from a second controller. Once a Chord is learned, it can be triggered from the APC. Also, the individual Notes within the Chord can also be triggered.

apC-TC1

This Preset provides 4 Modes for the APC40’s Track Control section.

• Default Mode - Track Control section perform its default function.
  
  
• Volume Mode - Track Control Encoders control/display the Volume of the Tracks in the selected Bank.
  
  
• Send Mode - Track Control Encoders control/display the level of Send A-H of the currently selected Track.
  
  
• User Mode - Track Control Encoders function as true endless encoders (like the Cue Encoder). These are user assignable via MIDI mapping in Live.

apC-VC1

This Preset offers 8 channels of APC40 and VCM-600 functionality from the APC’s Track and Device Control sections. It provides control over 11 parameters per Track:

• Cutoff and Resonance for the last Auto-Filter, Operator or Analog on a Track.
  
  
• EQ Low/Mid/High for the last EQ3 or EQ8 on a Track.
  
  
• EQ Kill Low/Mid/High for the last EQ3 on a Track.
  
  
• Volume and Send A/B
  
  
• Also includes a Snapshot feature for storing and recalling Track parameters on the fly.

• Default Mode, Volume Mode and Send Mode are all identical to apC-TC1.
  
  
• User Mode - The top 4 Track Control Encoders function as true endless encoders (like the Cue Encoder). The bottom 4 Track Control Encoders function like normal (with LED feedback). These are user assignable via MIDI mapping in Live.
